Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 7–10 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, final-sale items or gift cards.

Once your item arrives back and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 7–14 business days.
